Senior Sunday 2024

Today is Senior Sunday. We are so proud of our five seniors, Gisela, Haley, Hayleigh, Stevie, and Roshad! We pray for their success in their future endeavors but more importantly we pray that they will continue to grow in their faith. As we all enter different chapters in our lives, we have choices to make. Everyday we must make choices. We choose what we will eat for breakfast, what we will wear, or what we will do that day. Joshua, in Joshua 24 offers a challenge to the Israelites that still holds true today, 15 And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of [a]the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Every day we must choose who we will follow. Will we follow the world or the one true God? I pray that we will choose the latter. May God bless our seniors as they choose their next paths, and may they choose to serve God in everything they do. Remember you are loved!
