Today is a special day for our church family as we honor four incredible young people: Zoe,
Cloe, Aubri, and Kile. It’s hard to believe that their time in the youth group is coming to an end
and they are about to begin a brand-new chapter of life. We are so proud of the men and women
they have become.
Each of them has left a mark on our hearts. We have watched them grow—not just in age, but in
faith, character, and love for the Lord. Their smiles, their service, and their spirit have been a
blessing to our congregation and to everyone who knows them. Watching them mature into
young adults has been one of the greatest privileges we have had.
As they step into the next phase of their lives, whether it's college, work, or wherever life leads
them, I want them—and all of us—to remember something very important: you are never alone.
God has gone before you, and He will walk beside you every step of the way. Proverbs 3:5–6
tells us to, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all
your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” If you keep your eyes fixed on
Him, you will never be without purpose, hope, or direction.
Church family, I encourage you today to pray for these young people, to encourage them, and to
remind them that they will always have a home here. And to Zoe, Cloe, Aubri, and Kile: we love
you so very much. You have blessed our lives more than you know. We can’t wait to see the
amazing things God will do through you.
Always remember—you are loved.
Eric
